Ecologie Vie Home Technology is a factory-direct manufacturer of smart pet products based in Hefei, Anhui Province, China. We offer full OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services to importers, distributors, private-label brands and e-commerce operators in the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Whether you need to launch a new brand of automatic cat litter boxes, private-label a smart pet feeder, or develop a completely new connected pet product from scratch, our in-house engineering, tooling and production teams handle the full lifecycle from brief to shipped pallets.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

OEM means we manufacture a product that you have already designed. You provide the specifications, drawings, tolerances and bill of materials. We produce it under your brand with your packaging, your manual and your logo.

ODM means we have already designed and tooled a ready-to-sell product. You select the model, request cosmetic or functional customizations (color, firmware, packaging, manual, certifications, cable type), and we ship it under your brand. ODM is the fastest route to market: typical lead time from order to shipped container is 45 to 60 days.

Most of our distributor clients start with ODM to validate a category, then move to OEM once the product line is proven.

Our end-to-end OEM / ODM process

Brief and feasibility review. You send us a specification sheet, a reference product or a concept. Our engineering team responds within 48 hours with a feasibility assessment, a preliminary quote and a list of open questions.
Sample approval. We produce a pre-production sample, ship it by DHL or FedEx to your office, and wait for your validation. Revisions are included in the sample round.
Tooling and moulds (OEM only). If a new mould is required, we quote it upfront, manufacture it in our tooling shop in Ningbo, and run a first T1 injection for your approval.
Pre-production run. A small batch of 50 to 200 units is assembled on the real production line. This catches any assembly issue before mass production.
Mass production. Your order enters the production schedule. Typical cycle time for a run of 2 000 to 10 000 units is 25 to 40 days.
Quality control. 100% function test on every finished unit, AQL 2.5 inspection on random samples, optional third-party QC (SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV) at your cost.
Packing and shipping. Export-grade master cartons, palletization, loading plan. We handle FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, CIF destination port, or DDP to your warehouse depending on the Incoterm you choose.

Customization options we support

Logo and branding: pad printing, laser engraving, silk screen, sticker or moulded logo on the plastic body.
Colors: standard Pantone matching (PMS). Custom Pantone at additional cost on MOQ above 3 000 units.
Packaging: your full artwork, color box, brown master carton, barcode, UPC, EAN, FNSKU for Amazon FBA.
Manuals and user guides: your translation, your layout, your languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish standard).
Firmware and app: for WiFi and Bluetooth products, we can load your firmware image and integrate with your branded mobile app (iOS and Android), with or without Tuya SDK.
Power adapters: UK, EU, US, AU plug types. CE, FCC, PSE, UKCA compliant.
Accessories and spare parts: custom accessory kits, replacement filters, brushes, food bowls, tracking collars.

Minimum order quantities (MOQ)

Our standard MOQ is 500 units per SKU for ODM products with cosmetic customization (logo, packaging, manual). For OEM projects requiring new tooling or firmware development, the MOQ starts at 1 000 to 3 000 units depending on the product category. Lower trial orders (50 to 100 units) are possible on selected ODM models for first-time customers who want to validate the market before committing to a full container.

Compliance and certifications

Every electronic product we ship is compliant with the destination market: CE and UKCA for the European Union and the United Kingdom, FCC for the United States, PSE for Japan, RCM for Australia.
