Quality control process
Certificates are paper. Real quality is what comes off the production line. Eviehome runs a three-layer quality control process on every order:
- Incoming Quality Control (IQC) – every batch of components (plastic, PCBs, motors, pumps, batteries, adapters, cables) is inspected on receipt against the approved specification. Non-conforming parts are rejected before they touch the assembly line.
- In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) – functional tests at key assembly steps: motor rotation, pump flow, WiFi pairing, app pairing, battery charging. Defective units are reworked or rejected on the spot.
- Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) – 100% function test on every finished unit, plus AQL 2.5 visual and dimensional sampling on every production batch per ISO 2859-1.
Third-party inspections by SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV, Intertek and QIMA are welcome at the buyer cost (typically USD 300 to USD 600 per inspection). We provide full access to the production line, the finished goods warehouse and the documentation archive.
