At 170 grams, the tracker is sized appropriately for medium and large dogs (15 kg and up). For cats and small dogs, lighter compact trackers are a better fit. IPX7 waterproof rating and real-world reliability

IPX7 means the device can be submerged in 1 meter of fresh water for 30 minutes without damage. This is the minimum standard for any collar-mounted product that will be worn by an active dog. Below IPX7, a tracker will fail within weeks of normal use when the dog runs through a puddle or gets caught in rain.
