The product combines a 68-liter rotation drum, an integrated HD camera monitoring the waste chamber, a dual-mode fresh-air ventilation system, UV-C sterilization and six independent safety sensor layers. It is the product we recommend to brands that want to compete with Litter-Robot 4, Petkit Pura MAX 2 and Smarty Pear Leo’s Loo Too on feature parity and reliability.

Available with Tuya Smart platform (Doodle Smart variant) for fast white-label app deployment, or with custom firmware integration for brands running their own Tuya Open SDK stack. Six-layer safety architecture

• PIR living object detection — passive infrared senses the cat approaching and entering the chamber before the rotation cycle starts

Odor and hygiene system

Odor control is the second-most searched complaint in the automatic litter box category. This model addresses odor through a layered approach:

• UV-C sterilization inside the waste chamber neutralizes bacteria and limits biofilm growth between cleaning cycles
• Activated carbon deodorization at the exhaust outlet captures ammonia and volatile sulfur compounds from urine and feces
• Dual-mode ventilation (automatic timed or manual) actively pulls air from the chamber through the carbon filter instead of relying on passive diffusion
• Two fragrance cartridge slots (optional) for brands that want to offer a scented consumable subscription SKU alongside the hardware
• Washable bucket silo — the rotation drum separates completely for deep cleaning every 4 to 6 weeks

The fragrance cartridges are an intentional design for recurring revenue: USD 12 to 18 retail per 4-pack with 70 percent margin, attach rate 25 to 35 percent on hardware buyers.

What we customize at no tooling cost (included in the unit FOB for 500+ unit orders): custom logo printing on the housing, custom Pantone color on the outer shell, custom packaging box artwork with your brand and barcode, custom user manual in your language (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch), custom mobile app theme through Tuya white-label.

What we customize with tooling fees (USD 5 000 to 30 000 one-time): modified housing geometry, bespoke drum interior colors, custom PCB firmware for your cloud backend (AWS IoT Core or custom), regional power adapter variants (US, EU, UK, AU, JP), brand-specific voice prompts recorded in your language.

We do not support resizing the drum below 50 liters or above 80 liters without a new tool. The current 68-liter capacity is optimized for 1 to 3 cat households which is the core market.

Compliance package for this product

Shipped with full compliance documentation for US and EU import: CE marking with RED and EMC test reports, FCC ID for the WiFi module (inherited from ESP32 pre-certification), ROHS test report, REACH SVHC screening with SCIP notification support, UL 1026 electrical safety for US retail buyers who require it, EN 60335 for EU electrical safety. Food-contact verification is not required for this product since the drum does not contact pet food.

The most common buyer-requested additions: UKCA marking for UK-specific Great Britain compliance, RCM (Regulatory Compliance Mark) for Australia, PSE for Japan. All available at USD 1 500 to 4 000 additional test cost per market.

Logistics and container loadability

Net weight 13 kg per unit, gross weight 15.6 kg packed. Package size 57 x 61 x 60 cm. A 40-foot high-cube container holds approximately 240 to 260 units depending on the stacking configuration. A 20-foot container holds approximately 100 to 110 units. Ocean freight from Ningbo or Shanghai: 18 to 25 days to US West Coast, 30 to 40 days to US East Coast, 32 to 42 days to Northern Europe ports.

The unit is oversized for air freight (volumetric weight penalties) so we recommend sea freight as the primary mode. Air freight is available for urgent sample shipments and emergency reorders at USD 8 to 14 per kg to most destinations.
